Nidhin Chacko Mani worked as Inspector at INDOCERT,  reporting to the organic coordinator. Nidhin is responsible for carrying out inspection and certification of organic agriculture, organic processing and trade(feed & food), wild collection within India and abroad. He is predominantly involved in reviewing the operator file, preparing the conditions for certification, preparing certificates and presenting the file to the certification committee. 

Nidhin holds B.Sc. Agriculture from College of Agriculture Vellayani. Prior to INDOCERT, Nidhin worked as Farm Officer at Rice Research Station Moncompu, and He also has worked as a Farm officer at Cardamom Research Centre Pampadumpara, Kattapana.
