INDOCERT (BIO-148) is recognised for the purpose of equivalence according to Article 33(3) of Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 for product category A in Cambodia and in Sri Lanka and for product categories D and E in India.

INDOCERT has requested for Voluntary withdrawal of INDOCERT for product category A for Cambodia from Annex II to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/2325; in accordance with Article 57(2) of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 DG AGRI has proposed an amendment of Annex II Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/2325, which will entail deletion of the product category A in Cambodia in the entry ‘Indocert’. Hence INDOCERT no longer will be accepting application for category A in Cambodia.
