The HACCP Course (Level 3) is a structured training program designed in alignment with the International HACCP Alliance (IHA) requirements and Codex Alimentarius principles. The course provides a comprehensive understanding of prerequisite programs, hazard analysis, and the systematic application of the seven HACCP principles within food operations.
 
Participants will develop the knowledge and practical skills required to identify food safety hazards, establish control measures, and implement a functional HACCP system that complies with regulatory expectations, including FSSAI requirements in India.
