Stakeholder Input
All stakeholders can provide input about INDOCERT’s certificate holders and auditors performance. Stakeholders can potentially provide input to audits, on the quality of auditors or the certification process, and on risks to the integrity of INDOCERT and certificate holders.
INDOCERT receives and manages grievances and complaints in all the official languages of the countries in which it operates. Any complaint or grievance can be submitted in the official/local language of the specific country and INDOCERT handles it with the help of translators.
