Mimy Mathew holds dual responsibility in as INDOCERT’s Organic inspection coordinator and FSMS training coordinator reporting to reporting to Operations Manager. Mimy drives initiatives in the areas of organic inspections and FSMS training coordination and related areas.

She oversees INDOCERT’s inspections, as well as trainings. She executes the Organic inspection plan (organic agriculture, input approval, organic processing and trade (feed and food), mushroom, wild collection based on NPOP, NOP and INDOCERT Organic standards etc. She is HABC Approved Tutor for Level 3.

Prior to INDOCERT, Mimy worked for the Vallabhdas kanji Pvt Ltd (VKL) from 2008 to 2011 as QA officer and in JJ Confectionery Pvt Ltd, Kolenchery from 2006 to 2008. Mimy joined INDOCERT in 2013 as quality manager. She holds a bachelor of science in Chemistry from Mahathma Gandhi University Kotayam and M.Sc Biochemistry from Periyar University, Salem, Tamil Nadu.
