Francis Paul is the Operations Manager of INDOCERT. He is a qualified inspector for NPOP, NOP and EU certifications. He is responsible for the successful conduct of joint inspections and as such, leads on all aspects and phases of the inspection. He has experience in organic inspections (NPOP,NOP and EU) and he directs and supervises certification approval processes and procedures and present progress and results of the assigned tasks to the management of INDOCERT.

He is qualified to carry out inspection and certification of organic agriculture, input approval, organic processing and trade (feed & food), wild collection within India and abroad. Francis has demonstrated excellence in conducting inspections and writing inspection reports and in reviewing the operator file, preparing conditions for certification, preparing certificates & presenting the file to Certification Committee. Francis holds B.Sc. in Agriculture at MPKV University, Rahuri – Shriram college of Agriculture in 2019.
